Ciao, we are chefs who grew up in Italy. We honed our craft with the master gelatieri of Sicily and started making bespoke gelato for London's finest restaurants in 2015.

We were making bespoke recipes for restaurants long before we ever sold our tubs in shops. We’ve worked with the likes of Tomos Parry, Marcus Wareing, Elizabeth Haigh and Pierre Koffmann over the years.
